best of luck to those who are in the path, especially those that are set to be hammered for the 2nd time in 3 weeks.

Well, I am in Orlando and we will get over 100+mph winds again. Charlie really screwed up this town. Frances will be even worse. Especially since the latest track looks like we will get the North and West side of the storm. I still have problems with the house that were not fixed yet since the last hurricane. I have a huge tarp on the roof to cover the missing shingles. I have parts of 2 tree's left that could very well snap. Ohh well, can only hope for the best I guess. I tried to get my wife to leave to a shelter and I could make sure everything goes ok with the house. But she wouldn't have that at all, so it looks like me and my wife will weather it out. I just don't want to lose power for 6days again. It is ruff here to not have AC. I guess it won't kill you though :)

I live in Oviedo. I hope it turns south a little bit more. If that happens we will not be hit too hard. It may still be worse than Charlie though (at my location) and Charlie was pretty bad.

Those aren't predictions they are computer models. There was obviously some sort of error on the output for that one.
Probably not an error. If you've ever looked at actual hurricane paths, you'll see that sometimes they take bizarre turns, even more dramatic than the yellow lined path shown.

My brother and his wife live near Cocoa Beach. He's on his way to VA right now to stay with friends.

My Mom and her husband live in Melbourne. Fortunately, they are out here visiting me right now in San Diego. They are worried about their house and 43' sailboat though. :(

Looks like Ft Pierce/St Lucie county is the bulleye.

Orlando may get a double dose (Charlie last month). Heads Up UF and FSU.

Tracks look like the GA/SC coast will get off lightly.
