The power adapter for my iBook has gotten messed up. the cord is broken, and only works if you bend it certain directions. So, I called them up, and they're mailing me a new adapter :)

How I enjoy dealing with support staff that speaks fluent English and listens to thier customers. Apple and Microsoft have both been really good about this in my experience.
Had I called netgear w/ this problem, they would have said, in a barely decipherable Indian accent, "Have you tried rebooting the computer? What are your network settings? Do you have another iBook you can try the adapter with? Sorry, we can't RMA it until you buy another iBook to test it with."

Yeah sounds about right I work in tech support for a large company and we get that crap all day. Ive heard a mix of good/bad things with apple's tech support. If its the computer though they will never replace it just try to repair it. (unless you bitch enough)
