The power adapter for my iBook has gotten messed up. the cord is broken, and only works if you bend it certain directions. So, I called them up, and they're mailing me a new adapter 
How I enjoy dealing with support staff that speaks fluent English and listens to thier customers. Apple and Microsoft have both been really good about this in my experience.
Had I called netgear w/ this problem, they would have said, in a barely decipherable Indian accent, "Have you tried rebooting the computer? What are your network settings? Do you have another iBook you can try the adapter with? Sorry, we can't RMA it until you buy another iBook to test it with."
