i made this stuff specifically to be left over. today is the first day i'm eating it.

3 lbs ground beef
2 lbs onions
1 lbs roasted poblanos (haven't tried this before)
1/2 bulb of garlic
3 lbs crush tomatoes
2 lbs kidney beans
6 pack of beer (3 for the pot and 3 for me)
a lot of chili powder, cayenne pepper, ground comino (that's how you can tell it's from san antonio, regular mexican cooking does not use cumin), black pepper, hot paprika, and salt to taste. probably a cup of dried spices if not more.

Probably make a sandwich. Trader joes honey roasted turkey, mayo, mustard, tomato, aged cheddar, and avocado on potato bread.

quiznos right now. Their Prime Rib with mushrooms and swiss sandwich. I add on some of their horseradish sauce on top as well. Thought I would splurge and get some of their broccoli and cheese soup to go with the sandwich.
