Apparently she has been fired and is also being investigated criminally now.

"The videographer, who worked for the Hungarian nationalist N1TV station, has been fired, Editor-in-Chief Szabolcs Kisberk said.
"The camera operator behavior was completely unacceptable," N1TV said in a statement.

The station did not identify the camerawoman, but thousands took to a Facebook "shame wall" to criticize her acts.

The woman is being investigated on suspicion of committing a public nuisance offense, a spokesman for the Public Prosecutor's Office of Szeged told CNN on Thursday. Prosecutors are also considering whether to investigate her on more serious offenses, the spokesman said."

Mikeymikec's nailed the whole anti-refugee brigade.

Lads, keep note that these fellas were running from the police. Haven't there been American citizens that blocked getaway cars with their own?

I'd wager it's the same sorta gig.

Need more information on why the police were after 'em, though. If there were, say, rapists, then the lass should get a pat on the back, not a pat on the shoulder to the jail cell.

The 2:10 video shows the police forming a barrier, then the refugees push past 'em.

There's no other information provided about the scene.

Why are the police there?
Why do they give up after a near-instant jog?
Why are the refugees running past the police?

Agh.

I find it difficult to believe that you are that clueless about what is going on regarding the present refugee crises and Europe.

There are newspapers/news magazines, broadcast news on television and over the radio and all can usually be found online as well. It's not like this story and a million others like it haven't been spread all over the world for months. This particular story alone has had major worldwide coverage since it happened several days ago.

In other words, if you really are that lacking in knowledge about what's happening maybe take a bit of time to educate yourself on what's going on.

Here's a start:

they think "there goes the neighbourhood! Right, where can I go to mooch off the state for the rest of my life?", as opposed to, "We have to GTFO before my family and I end up dead, despite the fact that we've lost our jobs, possessions, homes and friends, we need somewhere to make a new start, so we're going to pick the most practical/supportive place we can while we get back on our feet", like anyone with half a brain would do if they were placed in the same situation.

so are you the official thought police?

I know well that the refugees are being treated like piss in a wineglass, but what I'm asking about is this particular video. There's no information on the who and why, all that's available is the video of the lass tripping refugees fleeing the police.

Except that there is. As I read in this thread, refugees are required by the EU to register in the first EU member state they enter. The refugees believe that this will restrict them from going to the member states that have better benefits, hence, they want to get there without encountering any authorities in the nations along the way. Makes perfect sense for why they ran and why the authorities attempted to stop them, but none for why the reporter was attacking them. That's why she is in trouble.

A question for all the people who hate outsourcing.

If you hate sending jobs overseas, do you hate having the people come here to work instead?

But it's so much easier for many to think negatively of refugees if one makes the assumption that when war breaks out in their native country, they think "there goes the neighbourhood! Right, where can I go to mooch off the state for the rest of my life?"
-snip-

It's also often more correct too.

Watch AJAM etc when they interview refugees. A very common response is that they are going to one of the Northern European countries for their better benefit programs.

Additionally, and I think it's reported in the Italian press, about a third of the refugees there are refusing to come up with ID and trying to hide from authorities. The foreign media says it's because many are suspected of being from non-war torn countries and trying to immigrate for economic reasons.

Yes, I saw the 2:10 video. But as I said, there are no details about what's going on there.

We see the lads running from police, then the lass tripping them up.

I'm asking why there are no details in any of the articles. Who sent the police, why are the refugees running away from the police, etc.

Only thing that had anything to do with the situation at hand was that this occured at a "border hotspot".

I'll put it in simpler terms.

Where's the reporting of the situation?

So far, it's just been the condemnation of the lass who tripped them. That's all there is to read.

I'll put in even simpler terms, look it up for yourself. It's not like there is a lack of reporting on the incident (and the general refugee situation re Hungary at large) besides simple condemnation.
