VuLtuRe681, you say you have the latest drivers, I'm assuming that means Win, your MB, and the games you're playing?

Maybe your heating up with the overclock and cpu intensive games. Clock down or try a stronger fan. Im an Intel'er so this is just a guess

yeah ive tried using the latest beata and official drivers from Nvidia but to no avial and yes all of my games are updated to the latest versions and i unstalled the via 4-in-1 drivers. My cpu temp is steady around 41c. I dont think that would make the game jsut stop responding it would prolly make the whole computer crash.

Now this is only a guess, but it looks as though your overclocking your fsb up to 150mhz. You might be getting memory errors in your apps if they use memory a certain way. Memtest-86 is a great free program than can test you memory in all types of possible ways to see if you have certain conditions that it errors on. I would download it and make the floppy boot disk and let it run. A complete test can take awhile, but if your having alot of errors it should show up pretty fast. Link

With you FSB overclocked, your whole computer is overclocked so it could also be other components. To test this if this problem is being caused by your overclock, simply turn off your overclock and run the same programs that nornally have the most problems and see if its still having problems. Otherwise, you could have software problems that usually a fresh load will fix. Just watch real carefully as you install third party software and see if the problem reoccurs.
