Hung print jobs in XP

WTF?

Somehow I have a hung print job that won't go away. Power cycled printer and pc, but it's still there in Deleting status. XP isn't flushing the print queue when I reboot.

Is there a trick to getting that SOB out of there without uninstalling and reinstalling the printer?

While it's in deleting status, go to services and stop and restart the print spooler.
