It is about time. I'd be sad if the trucks actually lived up to what their name implied.

Saddens me that we lose the impressive off-roader, the H3.

Chevy should continue to produce the H3 and continue to refine it into the bad as Jeep Wrangler Rubicon fighter that it is!

Hummer died the day the first H3 rolled off the line.

That's actually their best product. The H2 was shit. The H1 was grand for the one individual that actually needed its capability. It was shit for the rest of the people who didn't.

And saying it was their best product...isn't saying much. The H3 was woefully underpowered when first released. They finally fixed that with the V8 variant...but it was too little too late. If they had made a kick ass Jeep like vehicle that had appeal to the opposite sex..they may have been able to keep going...as is, their product portfolio sucked.

All the haters can be quiet, I wouldn't buy one, but at least it was a unique car.

It's funny how two threads about the same thing turn out so differently. The P&N thread already has the sparks for a flamefest.

did you just fart? D:

Nope, we have a pair of them. Can't say we're unhappy with either. In fact, they're two of the more reliable vehicles I've owned. One farts around town and has 10k miles on it in 4 years and is the definition of a poseur-mobile.

The second one is one of the company's vehicles and was used for Katrina relief as well. Pretty useful in the hands of a good driver.

Yes, the flames will come, but it doesn't really bother me. They work well for what we use them for.
