I'm posting from Mozilla in Win2k...it's faster than IE and Opera.

I just reinstalled Win 2000, dl'd all the updates, and tweaked a few things, (MTU, etc.) IE ver. 5.0.
AT loads faster than ever! This is on a K6-2 500 MHz with a 56K winmodem.

Your ISP and local telephone service have a lot to do with internet satisfaction.
