Humidity / Temp Sensor with smart features off-net

Looking for a device, I imagine it would have a hub, with remote sensors to track humidity in the crawlspace of a vacation home. There is no internet there, but it would be cool it it could sync to an app on smartphones via Bluetooth to share prior measurements.
