$12 a month, get some games once a month. Unannounced until the monthly release. I think the idea is that the games are "better" than the traditional bundles but it isn't completely clear.

I subscribed. Will post what happens when the first bundle is released.
 
Interesting, but there are so many indie / retro / 8-bit / platformer games I'll never play in Humble bundles that I pass on most of them.

It could be a good deal if you buy most bundles anyway since those are probably going to make up a lot of what you get.
 
I have a feeling the first bundle will be really good to get people to subscribe. That would be the only reason I would give this a try.
 
Unless you auto unlock a bundle of your choice every month I don't see the point of a random subscription of shareware/shovelware-level games, and especially not for $12/month.

Woah... Shareware/shovelware level games? Are you not paying attention at all to the bundles over the past year.
 
$12/month is two lunches at work. Not bad, especially if you get to keep the games. Thinking about signing up.
 
Not all bundles are worth getting but many are. As I said, it sounds like they're going to try to give better games in these bundles. If nothing else, I can pad my Christmas gifting this year.

Just realized now that the first release is 35 days away. Not sure why but I rushed to sign up because I thought the first release was 36 hours away yesterday when I did it. Y'all got time folks. I'm sure there'll be more hype and more info on games as the date closes in.
 
$12 isn't a bad price but its essentially $150 per year. Humble bundles are great provided that the one or two featured games aren't owned. This month's is a great example 6 indie games that could be good but its nothing that excites me and two feature games Xenonauts & Planetary Annihilation both of which I own.

Has anyone heard info or rumors about the bundle contents? Also, there is about 5 days left to subscribe.

Well just rumours at this point. Not any kind of confirmation that I'm aware of that says this is it. Also rumours circulating that there are six games in the bundle, so there's at least three more coming if true.

The only game that I would really want is Besiege. But I already have it, so I am glad that I did not went for this "blind" bundle.
 
Towerfall Ascension is the unlock for being subscribed for next month's bundle. Ditto Legend of Grimrock 2 for this month.

So, really, the bundle is Saints Row IV, Besiege, Valkyria Chroncles, Lethal League, and Sanctuary RPG. Two of those 5 games were already bundled, which goes against the only solid information they gave us about the bundle.

The remaining three games have been on sale for a combined $14.56. So, the value, as I personally see it, is you save $2.56 assuming you don't already have these games.

Cancelled my subscription.
 
One game (chosen by Humble Bundle) from each Humble Monthly Bundle will also be included in next month's bundle for new subscribers and this game will unlock immediately after paying. For December bundle, the game will be Towerfall Ascension (one of the 6 "hidden games" from November bundle).
