COH is the best of the lot. Warhammer 40k (not the 2nd) has a lot more flavor and variety (base building, better faction balances) than dawn of war 2, which just felt like a watered down COH to me. Felt like it was trying too hard to be warcraft 3 (heroes) and COH at the same time but fell a bit short on both ends.
