Humble Bundle Weekly Sale - Prison Architect for $20

Yeah I was excited at first when I saw it but then I saw it was another of those $20 minimums to get it...Still a good deal but it seems like they're doing that a lot now.
 
It's most likely the developer/publisher that isn't willing to put it on sale for anything less. I think it was close to that during the Steam sale too.

Yea, they shouldn't bother at all at that point. Might as well just have a steam sale at that point. Humble bundle was filling a niche before where I'd grab games that fell off my radar and I wouldn't have touched otherwise.
 
They'll still continue to fill the niche of cheap & unheralded games but in order to grow their customer base, they have to do these types of sales occasionally.

I don't see anyone mentioning Humble Bundle on this forum unless it is one of these sales. The awareness that is raised will make for more sales on future smaller bundles.

It amazes me what people will complain about on the internet.
 
Not to mention this is part of their Weekly Sales section, as opposed to their main bundles. THOSE are the one's most people think of when you mention the Humble Bundle, the weekly stuff is just to keep some money flowing through to help them keep doing what they're doing and get their name out there a bit more.
 
I got Prison Architect during the Steam Summer Sale, and it was worth every penny.

About 80 hours into it so far, and I've barely scratched the surface, just trying to make efficient prisons. Got a large one going now, that will have 600 prisoners if my PC can handle it by that point. Can't wait to send them all into a rage by not feeding them for a few days. 😛
