Huh... I bought these but now I'm hoping they'll update through the market.

Osmos and World of Goo are two of the best games that I've ever played on a tablet.

Sweet. Played the Osmos demo for my phone (already have it on PC), think it's great. Glad I held out. :)

edit: Wish I had tons of money so that I could donate more. :(

They aren't showing up on my "apps list" so I doubt it. Probably end up like an Amazon thing, which really sucks.

That does suck... Kind of stupid to pay for a game and then not have the proper license for it. This feels like if you just found the apk illegally. Hope they can do better next time.

Edit: tried to update Osmos via market and was declined. We're already behind in app versions and can't do anything about it.

Well, you could just look at it as a bonus that they threw in the Android .apks for the games. Or that it's a bonus they provided you with free games in exchange for your donation. :D

if you read the reddit link in the OP it says they are beta testing an app that will make it easy to update the games on Android.

Purchased for the current average price of $5.95 and downloaded all four games, but so far only one (Edge) has installed properly. I have plenty of free space for apps and tons of room on my SD card but World Of Goo, Osmos, and Anomaly won't install.

Samsung Epic 4G (Galaxy S variant) with Android 2.3. So all of them should work.

They email you a web address with download links. You can download them right on your phone and install them that way. If you access the page from a computer, you can download the PC versions and also retrieve your Steam keys.

So no, you're just sideloading them, not attaching them to your Google account. I heard they may be working on a way to push out updates because there's currently no means of automatically updating sideloaded apps. You'd just have to download new versions over again.

Does it try to install and hang or what?

Toki Tori doesn't currently support ICS :(

EDIT: Also, apparently using the alpha app to download updates doesn't properly tag the .apk file extension. IE, when you download it by following the instructions the "downloads" app present since Gingerbread wont recognize it. I had to use root explorer to find the file and install it that way.

Which average price do I need to beat? I see Mac, Win, and Linux. There is no "overall" or "Android." Edit: OK. I see it now. Currently $6.13
