Humanzee!?

Turns out he is NOT a Human Chimp cross.

He IS a type of monkey not previously known, or a genetic fluke.

So far he is the ONLY one of his kind known.

He is now living in Texas at a animal rescue facility and is in his 40's.

Genetic testing shows he is close to a chimp, but his chromosomes are definitely different than a normal chimp.

I'm suprised that we haven't made a hybrid with monkees/chimpanzees yet. Other species who have more genetic differences are able to have offspring (horses/donkees).

I doubt that would be very hard. Just visit any AOL chatroom.

Didn't HIV/AIDS come from monkeys?

Watching Discovery now too. Hybid of Tiger and lion.

They have a stuffed Liger on display at the Hogle Zoo in SLC. It looks like a lioness in size, stature, and coloring... but with faint tiger stripes.

Ahhh...then YACT on here could be Yet Another Chimp Thread, for when the users can't score with a monkey....
