Infrared vision

gills or some other water breathing

photosynthesis

the ability to turn up melanin production in skin consciously instead of having to get sunburned, and a similar function for adjusting the eyes to different light levels

some way to make it possible for people to use a cell phone and drive safely at the same time, but that's just ridiculous.

first we need to make it possible for people to drive safely, then start adding in shit like phones and cheeseburgers

ill add, giving us the ability to be completely frozen and then be brought back to life. There is a Canadian frog with this ability and its pretty god damn amazing

I dont think UV would be a good think to see...why exactly? Maybe better night vision over all, but if you could see UV if you went outside youd be blinded...its a totally dumb idea. Sorry.

So bees are consistently blinded?

controlled expanded sensitivity to the electromagnetic spectrum would be badass. a little before infrared to just past UV and the ability control the bandwidth. woo predator vision!

- Extended lifespan. Rather not pick the immortality route... JUST imagine if you get your head chopped off and placed in pickled jar for other to see in some undisclosed museum D:

Presumably he was talking about clinical immortality (living forever if something doesn't actively kill you).

Electrogenics would be nice. Bio-luminescent hair imho would actually be a bad thing from a predatory standpoint (both sides of it), especially if we're enhancing ocular parameters anyway. Chloroplasts would be nice too.

I don't think I'd be eating fewer steaks if my hair glowed.

Our technological evolution will make our biological evolution moot. You will all be so much more than you are now in 100 years. Many of you will still be alive. Some of you may see another star close up.
