there is also the option for a natual burial, otherwise known a green burial

it's similar to the regular process but no embalming and the coffin is made of easily decomposing material. no sealed caskets.

I'd prefer this. You don't use up resources like wood for a coffin or concrete for a headstone. You return to the earth from which you came. Basically recycled.

If any of my organs/tissue are usable, I obviously want them to be donated.

I plan on donating my body to a body farm, where your corpse is set outside to lie out in the open so forensic scientists can do research on how the corpse decomposes. Plus, the atoms making up my body at the time get to be absorbed by other life forms.

Sky burials. I was just talking to my co worker about how neat that would be. I recently saw something, probably discovery channe,l where India has banned it cause people really don't like random human parts ending up in their yard.
