So, when?

I believe that at least some countries are trying to make a better human.
Genetically modified humans are a reality now, I think.

The question is whether we know enough to actually make a smarter, faster, stronger human being, and if there would be any side effects.

Interesting that I can't seem to find anything about what genes they have associated with human intelligence. It's almost conspicuous by its absence.

You're reading the response of Human 2.0 right now. No genetic modification was necessary.

I think you misplaced the decimal........:awe:

No, but I did miss a zero. The above post should have read "Human 20.0."

My apologies -- I'm only human.

Aren't we already?

Average life expectancy only ONE hundred years ago = 47.5.
Now = 78

-We've nearly doubled our life span
-We make ocular improvements with contacts & lasik
-Lost limbs or digits are restored through prosthetics
-Cheat death with organ transplants. We even transplant hearts.
-Our handheld devices connect to the world with live information every second and everyone is connected.

I'm waiting for Human 3.0 = we back up our brain and achieve immortality

4.0 would be crazy = achieve singularity / exist in energy form
