If any of you frequent a site that measures the quality of vcds 🙂 you may have noticed that The Hulk was released (in workprint format) a few weeks ago...well it's always interesting to find out who these guys are that release them.

Long story short, this guy faces 3 years and 250,000 dollars in fines. From what I heard it wasn't even that great of a movie

Kerry Gonzalez, 24, of Hamilton, N.J., got a "work print" of the film from a friend who had been loaned a copy by another person at a New York City advertising agency.

Gonzalez entered his guilty plea in U.S. District Court. He faces up to three years in prison, and a fine up to $250,000 or twice the gain or loss from the offense. He is due to sentenced Sept. 26th.
