Since when are URLs case sensitive? Though I've seen the ones with = at the end and a stream of characters, some of which would be in caps.

whatever comes after the blahblah.blah/ is probably case sensitive (depending on the server I suppose)

So, since always for linux/unix based servers as far as I know. I always assume anything other than the DNS address is case sensitive.
