Kind of a shock actually. I thought he was closer to a hundred.

In any case, its gonna be very enjoyable watching people go to court over his fortune. California routinely lets blonde bimbos sue each other all the time without any legal standing.

Young women really in love with him... not his money, right. R.I.P.
Will find out what who'll inherit his empire... maybe his daughter?

Jules, don't be an ass.

Well fuck, the guy was 91 years old, lived an amazing life and he died of old age. What do you want me to say? Sorry he was taken from us at such a young age? Sorry he didn't live a full enough life?

I didn't know him personally nor was he family. I just can't really find any part of me that feels much of anything about this news.

Another American icon passes on. The first titty mag I ever saw was one of his. I remember my cousin grabbing a copy from his dads stash and we rode our bikes to a near by hide out to look through it. I think I was eleven or twelve at the time and it was my first brush with porn. I don't remember the girls name but I remember how glorious her boobs looked like.

Anyway, rest in peace Hef.:beercheers:

You could say most of that when ANY celebrity dies. Odds are, none of us know any of them...or are related to them...and, what the hell...even at 30, they lived a good life with advantages most of us will never know.

No, Hef didn't die young...he lived to a ripe old age...and lived a life of women, song, and liquor...and parties like none of us will ever see.

While I feel nothing personal about his passing...he was still quite the celebrity in his youth...and his magazine introduced many young boys to the wonders of the female body.

Truly a hero to many a young man. His wife is 31 a 60 year difference, amazing.

My favorite centerfold was Barbi Benton, that poor centerfold.

If you haven't watched it, the psuedo-documentary of the Playboy brand on Amazon Prime was very interesting. Hefner probably did more for pushing progressive and societal reform than he'll ever get credit for. Sex sells, but he lived for pushing the boundaries on what we were comfortable with.
