and most important a NV 6600GT OC

would these run on an Antec 350W PSU? its specs
+5V@35A, +12V@16A, +3.3V@28A

The raw wattage is sufficient for even 6600GT's in SLI (per the wattage recommendation on my DFI motherboard manual), but the rails and amperage might be off.
