Hi, I got Intel App. Accelerator and in earlier threads I saw to change the trans mode. Well, I changed something like "Max HD Trans Mode" or somethin to DMA w something and higher number selection. Reboot, wont even start. Unplug HD, no difference in boot. I dont even get BIOS menu, and I put windows CD in while boot. What do I do???

P.S. No beeping even when I booted no HD...

Help plz!!!

Look in your mobo manual.
if it is a relatively new mobo, then, disconnect power cable, look for the CLEAR CMOS jumper, and set it to 2,3 [rather than 1,2].
Set it back,
plug in
reboot.

If older mobo,
disconnect power cable,
take out the little button battery on the motherboard
10minutes later, put it back in.
plug in computer.
reboot

If you unplugged your hard drive and the PC still is not booting, then the problem isn't with the hard drive. It's most likely just a coincidence that this happened after you made a change to the IDE drivers.

Do the fans start spinning when you turn the PC on?
Do you have a different power supply you can try?
What happens if you pull the RAM out of the motherboard and then try to turn the PC on?
When you plug the AC cord into the PSU, do the lights on your network card turn on?

Unplug everything and plug in only the CPU (and heat sink), RAM, and video card and try again. What happens then?
What happens if you do it with only the CPU and RAM?

If you don't get POST beeps on any of these steps then you probably either have a bad PSU or there is a problem with the motherboard itself.

Fans- Start Properly
Power Supply- I'm uber poor, I got 1 of each ='(
RAM- Havent tried, dont want to, I'll let my comp genious friend do it.
When I plug in- Lil lights inside the mobo turn on, not on network card.

Not unplugging stuff that I know I will probobly break...Letting my friend do it.

Thx for help
