I'm actually waiting for some kind of Age of Mythology 2. 🙂

Sandy Petersen said it's not going to happen. What are they going to do new?

I'd much rather have an AoE4 than a AoM2..that is a dead franchise.
Do you know how much mythology is still left that could be covered?

Yes, I have a tremendous idea (huge social sciences guy here) but its not so how much can be covered, but how many people care?

There is a ton, but Norse, Greek, and Egyptian are the only mythology focused cultures that people will recognize and want to buy...or feel attracted to the game because of these. I mean these mythologies were hardly well represented in the game, they were simplified and it game-ified, but that's not important.
