Huge difference between 65w and 89w AM2?

I'm looking to purchase a new CPU for a Shuttle XPC 27P2, is there a huge difference between a 65w and a 89w AM2?

The two that I am looking at are an AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core 5000+ Socket AM2 (89w) for $153 and the AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core 4800+ Socket AM (65w) for $140. I realize that the difference in clock speeds frequency is minimal (2600 mhz vs 2500 mhz). Does the 65w run significantly cooler than the 89w? Thanks guys.

Well I think that the voltage would be 1.2v on the 4800+ compared to 1.3v on the 5000+, so it would run a bit cooler.
