I have a library full of mixed files, MP3, AAC, and iTunes DRM'd file, I'd like ot reecode all this into MP3. I know the first step is to take the DRM off. Then I need a program that will go through all the folders, convert to a new file type, and erase the old.

Can anyone recommend some programs? And is stripping the DRM for my own use legal?

Stripping DRM is not legal under the DMCA (assuming you live in the U.S.).
