Hub or Router?

i recently bought the linksys network in a box from OD which came with 2 network cards and a hub for $15. i am thinking of getting a cable modem and was wondering whether i can use a router as a hub as well. also wondering if ATT RoadRunner was anygood.thanks

Yes. Actually has a switch built in; same function as a hub, but smarter.
