https certificates in IE

I am using an expired ssl webserver certificate, and whenever I go to the site, it says do you wish to continue, explaining the cert if invalid. is there a way to hide this window so it never comes up? i tried installing the cert but nothing works

Nope. Even if you could, it would still come up on other people's browsers so....
