My parents just received some introductory offer for 0% (yeah that's zero) for one full year for new purchases and balance transfer, but does not apply to cash advance. I didn't ask my mother what bank or card, but she read through the fine print and its a pretty straight forward offer. Of course, their credit is outstanding, they've paid-off about eight cars, two homes, and a few personal and home improvement loans, all earlier than they were obligated to. They get like 5 gold card offers a day in the mail. hehe

I think he's talking about earned interest, not paid interest.
