running iis5 on win2k ser. i have a couple of site up that work excellent. if i put a rather larger (25MB+) file in the folder to be d/l via http, the transfer stops after about 10 minutes. i can transfer via ftp till the cows come home, but not large files via http. any ideas as to what could be causing this?

this is definetly weird, it might be that IIS thinks that connections is ideling and is cutting it loose, look around the properties tabs, and look for something about time outs.

sorry i cant be more help.

Seen this type of behaviour before with buggy network drivers and 'transmitfile'. Do you have the latest driver? Do you have another brand of nic you can try?
