HTTP port probes?

Ok, I'm on cable and I got blackice. I just noticed that I'm getting HTTP port probes all day, even when my computer is off. That's probably why my modem blinks all day. What the heck should I do? Thanks. Also, I just notice that all the HTTP port probes are from other cable users, they are all 24.xx.xx.xx. BTW, I'm not running an HTTP server or a server of any sort(use to have an FTP).
