so ive been looking online at htpc cases online that'll fit a full atx motherboard, so i dont have to go buy a new one, but the power supplies are about 250w in them...will they be enough to power what i will have?

Soyo Dragon KT400
AMD Athlon XP 1800+
256mb ram
128mb Fx5700 personal cinema


i dont overclock, will 250w power this stuff alright, i have a 400w right now and know it wont fit in these cases.
 
when will i need to start worry about a bigger power supply if i upgrade in the future? Like what products would require a larger suppy?
