HTPC worthy barbone?

Hey, I am looking for a cheap quite cmoputer to use for a HTPC. I am thinking about the ATI theatre 650 tv tuner card which has hardware encoding. The barebone system I am looking at is
here do you guys think this will be powerfull enough to go with the HTPC? I am willing to spend a bit more, but I really want something quite. Also I am planning on running linux on it, so just keep that in mind.
 
I hear the C3 do decent decoding. If you can get the new C3.
They have them at www.mini-itx.com. Not sure the 800 can HD decoding.
Also not sure if the ATI has good drives for linux. I could be wrong on this since I dont use linux myself.
