HTPC with TFX small PSU

So I wanna build a small HTPC using a case like this, this or this with a TFX12V PSU. I found Seasonic and FSP make 80plus 300W varieties, and I'm hoping that these would be able to power a single HDD, TV tuner, WiFi and a mid-range graphics card. I don't think any TFX PSU comes with a PCIe power connector, so a molex adapter would have to be used. Has anyone managed to do something like this successfully?

If you want mid range graphics then it shouldn't need a PCi-e connector. If it does then it will be too much for that little PSU.
