So I'm looking to get a cheap card with svideo out. Whats the cheapest card I can get for HTPC application that wont limit the system in non-gaming application.
 
is it hard to find the drivers for those things considering how old they are? They dont have S Video though..right?
 
Hrm I'm thinking of not RMAing the 9800 because the desktop video is ok. Its just in games that the video gets artifacts immediately
 
RMA the card. It may only be in games now, but eventually it's going to die a horrible death. Probably during the Super Bowl or something like that.
 
Thats true, I'd almost kill myself if that happened...especially since the PATS are going to win again! 😀
 
GF5200 is fine or 6200 would be better if you plan on using VMR9 (and you should if you can...)

Watch out for 64bit memory though. You dunna wanna that.
