I'd like to build an HTPC with some old parts. Everyone knows that silence is important especially in the living room so the question is can I unplug the fan on my ATI 9800 Pro 128MB if I'm not gaming with this machine? is the heat sink enough to keep it cool with 2 120mm fans in my Sonata case running low RPMs?
