HTPC Video Card w/ HDMI + Audio

Hello,

I'm looking for a video card that can output on HDMI (with audio to a Pioneer Receiver). It should be able to pass DD and DTS at a minimum.

A full height card is fine, passive cooling preferred.

The only other requirement is that it must not need a PCI-E power connector.

Any Suggestions?

Look at the Asus EAH4350. They also make a similar 3450 for about $20AR, but you might as well go with the new generation for $20 more.
