HTPC tuner card selection???

I'm wanting to build a HTPC using MCE 2005. What is the best tuner card available? I'm stuck between:

ATI E-HOME wonder tuner - OEM $85

ATI TV Wonder Elite Remote Control Edition - Retail $143

Happauge WinTV PVR 500 MCE - retail $144

The recent edition of Maximum PC reccomended the one in the middle but I don't know if it works with free over the air HDTV. If it did work then would a non-HDTV still play HDTV material??????? If anyone knows anything about these 3 cards or any other please let me know.
 
None of those cards have HDTV compliant tuners. If you want HDTV over the air, you need one of the following:

MyHD MDP-130 or MDP-120

ATI HDTV WONDER

AVerMedia AVerTVHD MCE A180 HDTV PCI

Hauppauge NOVA

etc...

What about HDNet, ShowTimeHD HBOHD, most of the prime time shows. Local news (in some areas).
