I am setting up an HTPC with AIW9700...

Now it's time to choose the mode of operation: It will sit next to the entertainment center, no monitor hooked up. I want to be able to remote-login via net.

The question: if I setup terminal services on the HTPC, will the clients have access to the AIW, with video capture? Or do I have to export the desktop with PC anywhere style proggies?

I don't know for sure about the terminal services but I have used PCanywhere. PCanywhere will let you basically let your ocmputer become a monitor for what is happening on the other computer. You will have access to everything you would if you put a monitor onto it. Obviously, it won't be as fast.

Not sure about XP, but terminal services for Win2k are not compatable with ATI WDM drivers. Linked

thx. Looks like can't do the terminal services. Darn, I was hoping to setup a network-boot dummy terminal that would control the HTPC using the terminal services.
