HTPC Plan - Cutting the Cord - Looking for hardware advice

I just cut the cord (our building provides basic cable for free, which includes the OTA HD local channels). I'm just using the ps3 for hulu+/bluray/streaming in the living room and a wdtv live in the bedroom for the same (minus bluray).

Haven't missed it yet, though I must say having basic cable helps.
 
Yeah I have everything built I just ran out of hdmi ports so I bought a new receiver 🙂 Also I decided that sometimes I want HBO so gonna get digital basic /w a cable card so I returned the tuner and am getting the hdhomerun.
