htpc mobo help required

hello all,
i have got this weird issue after change of cabinet.
previously it was giving intermittent issues like slow start up then slow bios navigation but today it is not starting or going till asus boot screen.

i have problem of no video output.
i tried shuffling memory,resetting bios,re wiring everything but no go.

monitor and cable is working.(i checked both on my laptop over VGA)

how do i solve this problem.??

pls help me with this.

mixing ram speed is not good for performance.

I would try a new power supply.

i understand,that mistake happened as i bought RAM at seprate time.
i will get new power supply but motherboard does get proper power supply and on starting power button,cpu and chasis fan start as usual.
only thing their is no vga output.

i will get new power supply tomorrow.

did you try a video card?

I keep an old PCI card for this purpose.

also, is the board shorting out on anything?

thanks iron woode for your reply,
next day i took everything apart and rewired everything,i am noob when it comes to building rigs,i had not put copper screws on case to mount motherboard.after putting those screws and then installing mobo on that foundation.everything worked as it supposed.

only question i would ask is can i test motherboard?

any utility to test same?
