I'm looking to build a new mini-ITX HTPC and am looking for MB recs. I have a few requirements that I need it to meet:

Either socket 775 or AM3
1 PCIe2.0 x16 slot
10/100/1000 NIC
Must accept DDR2-800 DIMMs

On Newegg I've found the Zotac GF9300-G-E and Zotac G43ITX-A-E boards that are socket 775. Does anyone know of any other 775 boards or any AM3 boards that meet these 4 requirements? Outside of these 4 things there really are not any specs necessary.

I'm trying to reuse as many old parts as possible. I have an E3300 and a 240e Regor sitting around along with 2x1 and 2x2 DDR2-800 DIMMS and a passive HD5450. This will be on a hardwired network and while 10/100 should be fast enough for SD and HD content I have had better luck with high bitrate HD content over wired GigE.

I would`nt waste time or $$$ on the 9300GF board as the onboard video is weak to begin with so not worth the extra $$$...

I recently bought the G43ITX A-E and love it other than the onboard wireless but knew it would suck before I bought it but bought one of those $14 Sabrent N USB adapters and it rocks... I have an E7200 cpu and 2X2gig Gskill DDR2 800 also put in a trusty old 400gig Hitachi HD and to top it off added an EVGA 240GT a nice low profile single slot card, sure its the DDR3 version but hey it works real good in the LIAN LI PC-Q07 Black Aluminum Mini-ITX Tower that its all mounted in... Not a gamer but still a sweet little rig with Win 7 pro on it as well...

Also you dont really need 4 gigs of memory but cant hurt... I looked alot at possibly using a Regor 250 that I have also but it seemed to me that the 775 platform had more choices and better feedback...
