HTPC crapped out

I went to VNC into my HTPC this morning and it wasn't even on the network. I checked it out and I can't even get any video out onto a monitor. I tried changing out the vid card to no avail. This leads me to believe that it's either the CPU, mobo, or RAM. Oddly, the mobo (an old Epox 8rda+) shows a normal boot code, FF. I did notice that the HD light is constantly illuminated, but I should still be able to see the POST. Any ideas here? Thanks.

Check the motherboard for blown/bulging capacitators, the 8RDA+ is notorious for using the bad caps. Both of mine ended up dying that way.

I will second what Boogak said.

I had the same board and it died the same way.

FWIW, my memory, CPU, videocard and hard drive were all fine when I transferred them to a new board.
