HTPC connected HDMI to LCD - Buzzes when exiting out Movie or etc al

Ok heres the scenario to paint a picture.

42 inch 1080p LCD Sammy
Silverstone HTPC windows 7, Fan-less with 120mm Seasonic Quiet PSU
---- Connected through HDMI from fanless card to onboard HDMI input to Sammy


Problem. When im watching vlc or a flash movie online like maybe an anime or hulu and i exit out of either it just goes buzz until i toggle the volume. Anyone know why? this has never happened to me and ive googled to get a clear understanding but i dont see this problem.

thanks. lemme know what you guys think. im gonna reinstall the Card drivers because this is ridiculous

scrubbed ati drivers off the windows 7 installation then repaired registry with ccleaner and then rebooted, ccleaned again, then installed new catalyst drivers. After that i rebooted and then bam. mystery solved. no more buzzing upon exiting screens. it became annnnnoying. i was starting to think the hdmi cable was faulty. thank god lol
