HTPC Compatability Concerns

I've been wanting to put together a cheap HTPC. I've settled on most of the components, but ASUS's supported CPU information is down on their site for the board I want to buy, so I'm concerned what I have selected might not be compatible.

Odds are that it is and everything is fine, but I thought I should post here in case anyone had any suggestions/warnings about the hardware I've decided to purchase. I'm looking to spend under $300 and I already have all the peripherals and a 1TB green WD HD.

What I'm buying:

Mobo: ASUS P5G41T-M/CSM $60
CPU: Celeron E3400 Wolfdale 2.6GHz $50
RAM: Crucial 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1066 $45
PSU: Antec TP-650 (I have this laying around, it says it's i5/i7 compatible so I assume it'll work)
Case: Rosewill R101-P-BK 120mm Fan MicroATX Mid Tower Computer Case $30

Total Cost: ~$200 shipped

I'm concerned mostly about the CPU/PSU compatability with the MOBO. Like I mentioned, ASUS's support page is down so I can't check it. But if no one here has any advice I'll probably give them a call tomorrow to verify.

I'd really appreciate any feedback or suggestions. This is uncharted territory for me as a builder. (Going cheap and specific for an HTPC that will be used primarily to play HD mkv files).

Thanks in advance

pretty much without a vid card any one will fit if it has the fan on the right side and is dimensionally correct for the rosewill case? not much has changed in psu imo. just gotten smaller.

i paid $180 used for asus essentio with core2q8300 2.5ghz/8gb/1tb/geforce 220/win7 (slic2.1!) - so i am not sure if your new buy is a value. unless you find used obscene.

I saw your specs earlier. I'm not against purchasing used if the right machine is available.

Even some of the bundles newegg offers have been tempting, it's just that in most of them there have been duplicate parts that I already have laying around my place.

Thanks for the advice.
