HTPC cases with RCA & s-video inputs

I'm looking at a couple of HTPC cases that come with audio/video rca and S-Video input ports on the front of the case.

I'm thinking of building around this Biostar motherboard or possibly the nvidia based one that just came out. Can I hook those cables up to somewhere on this board or do you have to get something external?
