HTPC build possible ~ $150?

I already have a g630 cpu & windows 7. Just looking for hardware for the box atm, not too worried about peripherals. Is this possible given my budget of about $150? I did see a few things I might possibly pick up unless you guys recommend otherwise:

or go with this:

and find a better case. I'll also need to get RAM and if I choose the latter, I'll have to get a psu as well. I'm also debating on BD/DVD drive. Haven't decided if I'll need it. This build won't be used for storage and will be connected to my server, but we do use Red Box frequently (I use my ps3 to stream and watch Red Box rentals currently).

Is the Foxconn barebone kit decent? Never used Foxconn for anything before.

EDIT: Would I need a discrete gpu as well?

Can't comment on Foxconn, but be prepared to get what you pay for.

No need for the discrete GPU, the G630 should have HD graphics inside and the H61 Foxconn should be able to address it fine.

I fig'd the price would be a gamble, esp the psu at 200w. But man that's cheap. All I'd need is some RAM and a wireless kb to get it going.
