HTML question: Best way to display many pics on webpage?

im going to have many pics up on my page, what is the best way to display pics? any ASP scripts or something? would be cool to somehow include descriptions and be easy to navigate through the pics.

Use Photoshop's web publishing gallery. It's the best around IMO.
