i am trying to learn how to create web pages. im starting with html and i need help getting my page on the net.
is there a place anyone would recommend? id rather get the domain for free but ill pay a little if i have to.
also i use msn as my isp.. do they offer free space? like i said im new to all of this .. any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated

Cheapest/best value domain would be http://www.namecheap.com
Many ISPs offer like 10mb which isn't that many at all and I don't believe a real domain can be attached/pointed at that space.
http://www.brinkster.com has free hosting but it doens't amount to that large of size. The days of free hosting are pretty much gone. http://www.webhostingtalk.com is a great place to ask about hosting also.
