HTML issues with outlook 2013

Hey guys,

i have a question. I have a user here who receives CC numbers via email (i know, it's def a security risk). In outlook 2010 and OWA for Office 365 we are able to view the CC numbers just fine. in outlook 2013, the CC numbers are not there. in Outlook 2013, i can change it to read all emails in text form and it will show the CC. I don't want to read all emails in text form because that's just ugly. I'm not sure what to do here.

HTML email in itself is a huge security risk. What you describe really mixes the worst of the worst with the worst.
