HTML help: Trying to fix my tiling background

I don't want that silver/fading bg to tile again on the bottom. It tiles horiz fine, but I don't know how I should fix this.

I spent about 5hrs working on this site today (yes, i'm slow), so there's still a bunch of things i need to fix (ex: annoying flash links on menu)

Your buttons need work, it's very annoying that they only work while hovering over the white.

Agreed, though it does make for a weird flickering effect when you move the mouse horizontally over them.
But I prefer a functional website to a flashy, pretty one.

Website is all fixed up except for one problem... in IE the roster page shows a horizontal scrollbar that's not suppose to be there. In Firefox/Opera it's fine.
